HE’S ALIVE & HE’S COMING!
BREAKFAST 9:00-12:00 pm
WORSHIP 10:00 & 12:00 pm

Tomorrow is Resurrection Day (04/17)! This is the day we celebrate our Great God and Savior, Jesus the Christ, who has risen from the dead. Paul the Apostle said, “Jesus was delivered up because of our offenses, and was raised because of our justification” (Romans 4:25).

Because He lives, we have been declared righteous before God the Father. Because He lives, we never have to fear death. Because He lives, we are confident that He is for us, not against us? Because He lives, we know that we know that when this life is over, we will be with Him.

When we gather in the main sanctuary, we will focus on the Apostle John's words given to him by the resurrected and glorified Christ. It was and is a message for all the followers of Jesus. A message of hope amid a Christ-rejecting, sin-loving, selfish world.

That message of hope is that Christ has fulfilled every prophecy concerning His life, burial, and resurrection. And that today He is at the right hand of the Father, interceding for those that love Him. He is making preparation for His people, and when it is completed, He will return to take all those who call upon His name with Him to spend eternity in Heaven.

Invite your family and friends to come and celebrate. A recent statistic stated that 82% of people invited to an Easter service would attend. That is a fantastic fact. You have an incredible opportunity to see someone’s life changed for all of eternity.

Right now, take a moment and write down the names of everyone you want to invite. Next, take the list and place it before the Lord in prayer. Call out each person's name, asking Him to soften their heart. Ask Him to bless you as you prepare to approach each person. Also, ask Jesus to give you the boldness and the right words to speak. When you feel the nudge of the Holy Spirit, step out in faith and ask. Finally, be ready to see the Lord do amazing work!
BECAUSE HE LIVES,
Pastor
