What is Happy Mail?

One of our newer ministries, "Happy Mail" are cheerful cards and notes sent through the US Mail to friends and/or family members who are home sick with a cold or illness or people mourning the loss of a loved one or who in some way may need to know that there are people who love them and care about them.
